DIAGRAM: This has been a very successful play for our team over the years and is a great flood-pattern set! The right TE sets up wide, while the wing back’s motion is a sprint. The FB scoop blocks 1 yard and pins the near-side DE. The linemen must aggressively pass block. The QB calls for the snap when the wing back’s motion is just beyond the right wing back.

The QB reverses out and sprints to the right. he looks to a progression of the deep corner (1), the 10-yard out pattern (2), the 3-yard flat (3) or the TE drag route (4). If no one is open, the QB runs the ball (5).
