The entire team gets set except for the quarterback, who does not go under center with his hands. The QB looks left to the split end and then right to the flanker.

When looking right, he yells to the FL that he is lined up too wide for the play and runs out to talk to him.

On the verbal, center direct-snaps to the halfback, who follows the wedge block into the end zone for 2-points.
