This is an I-formation play with a trap block on the DE. It works best to the weak side and also when the DE plays soft.
PLAYER ASSIGNMENTS:
Play-side OG and OT: Double the DT with the OG working up to the LB.
Center: Cut the NG and protect the A-gaps.
Back-side OG: Pulls and executes a kick-out block on DE.
Back-side OT: Steps to the play-side gap and stops DT.
TE: Steps to the play-side gap and stops DE.
FB: Hits the hole and attacks OLB.
FL/SE: Stalks the DB.
QB: Handoff and boots.
TB: Takes handoff and hits the hole hard.
