DIAGRAM 1: “Right 21.” The SE works man-on, while the left OT blocks to the LB. The left OG blocks down and influences to the MLB. The center blocks from the gap on down. The right OT pulls and kicks out the first man past the ball and the TE cuts off down the field.

The FB fills for the pulling OT and the left HB goes into motion and fakes the “Right 36” play. The QB does a three-quarter spin, meets the right HB on his third step and gives an inside handoff to the right HB. After giving the handoff the QB sells the fake keeper. The right HB angles at the center’s butt, cuts up the hole and keeps two hands on the ball until he’s free downfield.

DIAGRAM 2: “Right 36.”  The SE runs his defender off the LOS and takes him downfield. The left OT cuts off and blocks across to the middle, while the left OG block head-on and to the LB. The center and the right OT block to the LBs. The right OG pulls and traps the first defender past the OT.

The FB fills for the pulling OG and the right HB blocks either the inside LB, the outside LB or the CB. The QB does a three-quarter turn, fakes a handoff to the FB, hands off to the left HB and sells the fake keep to the outside. The left HB goes into motion, secures the handoff, aims for the outside foot of the right OT and cuts upfield.
