
DIAGRAM: The quarterback goes in motion to the zone play side. The direct snap goes to the tailback. The TB catches the snap and runs downhill to the heel line. The QB has shifted about 5 yards behind where the TB is at this point. The TB pitches the ball back to the QB. The X receiver jogs inside and watches the play. When the TB pitches to the QB, X goes vertical and the QB hits him with a pass. During the action, your offensive linemen zone block to the play side (right) with combo protection to the LB.
