The TE takes an inside release and pins the first LB inside. The right OT flash-blocks the first flat defender, while the right OG punches and blocks the alley. The center blocks for a one count, releases and blocks from the LB to the safety. The left OG blocks for a one count, releases and blocks from the outside LB to the safety, while the left OT drops and chops the charging defender.

The flanker sprints downfield drawing his man out of that side of the play. The split end (SE) fake sprints off the line, drops two steps and times the route out.
The QB reads the first rusher outside of the play-side OT and looks for three things: 1. If the rusher comes upfield, he throws a dump pass to the TB on the third drop step. 2. If the rusher covers the TB, he drops back two more steps and throws a dump pass to the SE inside. 3. He can also high-low the corner with the TB running through to block the man responsible for defending the SE, then hits the TB out in the flat.
