DIAGRAM: This play has been very successful for my teams over the years. The QB uses play-action, rolls to the right looking at the receivers on the right side and then throws back to the tailback on the back side. The left OT and OG pull and block for the screen pass, while the TB secures the throwback pass, follows his blocks and heads downfield.
