DIAGRAM: The punter goes through the kicking motion and as his leg goes up, he throws the football as high as he can underhanded. H runs under the ball and makes the catch. The return team starts yelling to get away from the ball or pass interference is called because the return team is bumping the gunners while the ball is in the air.
