DIAGRAM: This is a an effective fake PAT/FG run or pass option that has worked for us a number of times over the years. Just before the snap, the left wing motions across the formation. The right wing goes 15 yards and out. The motion man goes 10 yards and out. The holder scrambles to the right and the kicker follows the holder, maintaining a pitch relationship to the right. The option is a pass or run depending on the defense.
