This is the perfect play to use against a defense who is attacking with the blitz. Your protection must be solid to the strong side, while the slots are built in to the quick side. This allows your QB to read one side.

The QB takes a 5-step drop and reads the three receivers:
1. H Receiver.
2. Fullback.
3. Z Receiver.
If the outside LB on the quick side blitzes, the QB will hit the FB in the flat on a swing route. If the quick side inside LB blitzes, the QB hits X on the slant over the middle.

The Y receiver (TE) pass protects, while the Z receiver runs a 12-yard curl route. The H receiver runs a 10 yard curl.
