Confusion Set For 2-Point Conversion

We use this confusion set for 2-point conversions, but you  can also use it as a surprise attack at any point during the game.

Note that the slot and the wide receiver are off the ball which makes the center eligible.

The quarterback is 7-yards deep and rolls to the open field. QB has numerous options to throw to. May run or throw.
Running back on the left wing will become the hot receiver if the defense doesn’t cover with enough players.

Midline QB Follow

Player Assignments: The halfback on the wing goes into motion and drifts deep into the backfield. Quarterback reads the 3-tech defender. Fullback hits the hole aiming for center’s play-side leg. The backfield HB blocks the play-side linebacker. Play-side offensive tackle and tight end block out
The QB fakes a handoff to the backfield HB. QB can then give the ball to the wing HB or run it himself.
If the QB keeps the ball, the wing HB shoots into the hole aiming for the B-gap and blocks the first safety that shows. QB follows and cuts off that block.
