The QB releases out, stops and fakes a handoff to the TB, then rolls deep 9 or 10 yards. He first looks deep for the long pass to receiver Z who's streaking downfield. The QB then reads a progression of H, Y (TE) and X.

Receiver Z must push deep to move the CB on that side out of the picture. Key Point: Z must push inside to 8 yards, then flattens to 18 yards. Receiver Y must block the DE for a three count, then releases 3 to 5 yards toward the sideline. X releases deep for 20 yards then cuts to the middle. The FB sells the handoff fake, then blocks the DE on the backside.
